Hi. I have a Barska SWAT, and want to learn a little bit about how to judge distance using the mil dot reticle. Are there any good sources you can give me.

Also, what magnification does it have to be set at for the mil dot formula to work effectively? Mine is a 6.24x60. Thanks.
